Law Society of Alberta Library Contract

The Law Society of Alberta Library, hereinafter referred to as “the Library”, and the undersigned party, hereinafter referred to as “the Subscriber”, agree to the following terms and conditions:

Article 1 – Services The Library shall provide access to its collection of legal resources and materials to the Subscriber for research and educational purposes.
Article 2 – Access The Subscriber shall have access to the Library during its regular operating hours and may borrow materials according to the Library`s borrowing policies.
Article 3 – Obligations The Subscriber agrees to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by the Library, and to handle all borrowed materials with care and in accordance with the Library`s guidelines.
Article 4 – Term This contract shall be valid for a period of one year from the date of signing, and may be renewed by mutual agreement of both parties.
Article 5 – Termination Either party may terminate this contract with written notice to the other party, with termination taking effect 30 days from the date of notice.
