Parties Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) Law Enforcement Training Center (LETC)
Background FWC and LETC desire to enter into an agreement for the use of LETC facilities for the purpose of law enforcement training in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Terms and Conditions In consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:
1. Use Facilities LETC agrees to provide FWC with access to its training facilities for the purpose of law enforcement training programs. FWC agrees to use the facilities in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Duration This agreement shall remain in effect for a period of one year from the date of execution unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms herein.
3. Indemnification FWC agrees to indemnify and hold LETC harmless from and against any and all claims, suits, actions, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or in connection with FWC`s use of the facilities.
